What is Your Shipping Policy?
We strive to offer our clients a couture boutique experience.
Our normal processing time is only 3 Business Days (Monday-Friday) PRIOR to shipment, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted. For example, you place your order on a Monday before 3pm (after 3 pm processes the next business day), your order processes for 3 business days (Monday-Wednesday), & ships early am on the 4th business day (Thursday).
What is Your Shipping Rate?
Our flat rate shipping charge is based on the total weight of your order. International rates are calculated by weight and dimension of product.

Small box 0-10 lbs $10.95
Medium box 10-20 lbs $14.95
Large box 21 lbs and over $19.95
When Will I Receive My Order?
Many of our Shoppers report a delivery time of 3-7 days for normal in stock orders, dependent upon location. However, we can not control the delivery timeframes of your carrier. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Standard USPS shipping rates. Shipping rates vary depending on weight of item(s) and location. Most packages will be sent using United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What if My Shipment is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged?
Once your order begins its journey toward its destination and tracking information is noted on your tracking number, we are no longer responsible if your package is lost, stolen, tampered with or damaged en route. If the tracking information you have received from us is not working, please contact us. However, if you are having difficulty locating your package or for any issues related to delivery, please contact the courier associated with your tracking number.

What If My Shipment Was Sent to an Incorrect Address or is Returned?
Please ensure that your orders are correctly and properly addressed. Once an order has been shipped, we MUST wait until your order returns to our warehouse/office location before it can be re-shipped.
