My Order Says Processing. What Does that Mean?
Your order status goes thru 3 Phases after it has been placed...
New: This status is automatically assigned to your order once you have made your purchase from our website.
Processing: This means that your order is being fulfilled and we are working diligently to meet your on time processing & shipping deadline chosen via checkout.
Completed: This means that your order has been completed and now has a tracking number that has been sent to the email address you utilized at checkout. You may track your order from your emailed completed invoice or you can log into the account you created with us at checkout and click the "View Details" link on your order.
Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
No, we do not offer gift certificates at this time, but we hope to have them in the near future.
